The advanced open water diver course Aqaba is an exciting and challenging experience. Furthermore, it is designed for divers who wish to advance their scuba skills through adventurous diving.

Now, this may be slightly confusing. You do not need to have reached the stage of ‘ advanced’ to enrol for this course. This course has been introduced to advance your diving skills.

You may start straight after having gained your PADI Open Water Diver certification. It is an ideal course to help boast underwater confidence. Also to enhance your scuba skills through dives with different characters.

You can try out different specialities while gaining experience under the supervision of our professional instructor. Also, you will log dives and develop capabilities as you find new ways to have fun scuba diving.

Who qualifies? Those PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers who are at least 12 years old are ready to participate in an AOWDC. Our instructors determine in which kind of dives you are entitled to participate.

Due to case you are already a certified adventure diver. You only need to fulfill two more Adventure Dives to earn the Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

Two dives are compulsory, namely Deep Adventure and Underwater Navigation. For the remaining three you choose from a menu in close harmony with your instructor.

The Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive fine-tunes your compass navigation skills. Also, it contributes to better navigation, using kick-cycles, visual landmarks and time.
