Embark on Your Tec Diving Journey with Tec 40 Course

The Tec 40 course marks the gateway to the technical diving realm, bridging the transition from recreational to technical diving. we prefer the use of a full tec rig, complete with double tanks and wings. However, divers have the flexibility to utilize their own recreational gear, suitably modified with two separate regulators – one of which must be on a long hose or configured in sidemount. Refer to our Tec Sidemount Diver course for more details. The Tec 40 course spans 2-3 days.

Tec 40 Course Prerequisites:

  • PADI Advanced Open Water or equivalent
  • PADI Enriched Air Diver or equivalent
  • PADI Deep Diver or equivalent
  • Minimum of 30 logged dives, with at least 10 dives using Enriched Air Nitrox beyond 18m
  • Must be 18 years old and possess a fit-to-dive medical certificate signed by a physician
