The Tec 45 course is the progressive step on the technical dive training ladder, guiding you towards mastery of advanced technical diving techniques. In this course, you'll become proficient in using a full tec rig, featuring wings, double tanks, and a side-slung tank for decompression. Opting for a side mount configuration is also available for added flexibility. This comprehensive course spans 2-3 days.

Tec 45 Course Prerequisites:

  • PADI Tec 40 Diver (or a qualifying certification from another organization)
  • PADI Rescue Diver (or a qualifying certification from another organization, including proof of CPR and first aid training in the last 2 years)
  • 50 logged dives, including 12 using Enriched Air Nitrox below 18m and at least 6 dives with or without Nitrox below 30m
  • 18 years of age and a current fit-to-dive medical certificate signed by a physician
